Digital Sales Specialist
The main responsibilities for this position are to manage, develop and drive digital sales business from accounts in assigned territories through digital tools, proactive contact, day-to-day activities (major but not limited to tel-sales activities) to achieve financial target in a major office-based environment. Another key aspect of this role will be seeking out new business opportunities within the territory via potential business development. A strong customer focus is critical to ensure that the customer`s needs are both understood and managed in a proactive and professional manner.
The ideal candidate is expected to be with analytical or chemical science background, strong capability to learn and agile mindset to grow business.
Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals
Analyze accounts and territory and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth by using digital tools.
Engage with customers to build and maintain relationships
Responsible for mapping key contacts and decision makers to prioritize selling activity
Command strong understanding of the competitive dynamics within assigned territory
Learn product and technical knowledge continuously
Maintain a cadence of account management activities
Input customer information and opportunities into the CRM system
Develop and maintain short and long-term opportunity pipelines
Who are you:
Bachelor's degree or above in biochemistry or chemistry relevant
Fluent in both written and oral English

Fabrication of OLED test cells by vacuum deposition as defined by experimental plan, including substrate cleaning, pretreatment, layer deposition, encapsulation, etc.
Characterization of OLED tests cells (voltage-current-luminance, EL-spectrum, lifetime
Managing of stocks (materials, spare parts, OLED devices, etc.
Documentation of processes and result
Organization and optimization of workflow concerning OLED deposition and measurement within the defined test plan
Identification of errors or abnormalities in processes or results
Suggestion of improvements concerning processes or equipment
Ensuring the operational availability of tools and equipment by regular maintenance (e.g. cleaning of machine parts, exchange of sensors, checking material stock, consumables, etc.)
Graduate degree in physics, engineering or related subjects
Basic knowledge in optics and electronics, ideally knowledge in setup and working principle of OLEDs
Basic IT knowledge, familiar with MS Office
Basic knowledge in English
